august 9th, 2005 - its been a while since ive written in this blog, but i guess you can say things are better now. my family grew by two today. janelle and jazmin were born. twin baby sisters, well i guess we will see how well that goes. things have been rough, i tried committing suicide a few months ago, but it didnt work...obviously. ive been going to therapy recently to try and get over this stuff, but its hard. well for now i bid you adieu.
july 4th 2006 - hey worlddd. so i started a band, random i know. well my singing career is the main thing im focusing on right now. dropped out of college...it wasnt for me, just couldnt do it. things family wise are ok, ive been going out alot more which is making m parents happy to know i have friends and im not a hermit. well, going to a rave tonight with the band, lets hope i dont die.
september 10th 2009 - alrighttty, i am slacking on this blog thing here. i have alot to tell you about, i made it big. i got a small record label to sign me, and im recording my first hit tomorrow! so flippin excited. got into another fight today though, some little bitch said something rude about my family so i snapped, gotta go to court in a month, probably community service charges, eh whateber.
october 30th 2010 - im stopping this blog. i just dont feel like writting anymore. my parents adopted a baby boy, and he is my world. i love the kid to death. seeing as they are working non stop i had to put my music on hold to take care of the kids, but its whatever i guess. i just dnot have time to update you on my life anymore. if you want to know whats going on, you know how to find me. peace and blessssings peace and blesssings, - joey sparks."
Joey Sparks. It even sounded like the name of a singer. It actually sounded like the name of a stripper. Joey, sitting in the small living room of her family's New York City loft let out a soft chuckle as the thought passed through her mind. Laying in her arms was a small baby that was cooing gently as it slept. Joey looked down at her baby brother and smiled. It was weird having a new born baby brother, and being twenty years old. But for her parents, it was hard. Her mothers were lesbians and had been rejected adoption rights for the longest time.
Getting up as softly as she could she walked over to the small bassinet that was in the corner of the room and set the baby down. She kissed his forehead and smiled as he grunted shifting to get comfortable. Joey loved him, just like he was her own. Seeing as both of her parents worked all day to support the four kids, she had to take car of him and her two younger sisters as well. JAZMIN, SOPHIE, LETS GO! she shouted walking up the steps in the loft.
Two twin girls with bright red hair ran down the hall practicaly knocking Joey over and down the steps. Hey, BE QUIET! she shouted in a whisper as they stood in front of her Kaleb is sleeping and mom will kill me if he doesnt nap It was hard having two moms, one was called mom and the other mama. She knew her sisters didnt understand much about the situation, it was normal to them, and today was their first day of school. As Joey watched them walk out the door she heard Kaleb fuss and awaken.
Damnit she mumbled under her breath. Picking up the baby she had a brilliant idea. Walking up teh steps with him she changed him and put him in a fresh set of clothes. Returning back down the steps she set him in his dinosaur stroller and out the door she went. We need some fresh air huh Kale she said making a weird face at him. Walking down the steps she headed outside and the sun hit her face and made her eyes water.
It was a nice day. Nice enough to even stay out all day actually. But, a nice walk wouldnt hurt. Walking up the street Joey paused at the intersection. She frantically smacked herself, her pockets to be percise. shit...shit...nonono SHIT she said throwing her arms up in disgust. Turning the stroller around she headed back to the house Looks like we're breaking in or camping out Kale she said.
Joey had locked herself out of the house, agian, and left her phone inside. Sitting down on the front step she let out a sigh and pushed the strolled back and forth with her foot to keep the baby quiet, what a great walk that turned out to be.
